BlastBack was designed to allow users to help out fellow users that are infected with the MSBlast (and variants) worm by sending them a message (via the Windows' Messenger service) telling them that they appear to be infected with MSBlast as their machine attempted to connect to port 135.
The message also contains a link for disinfection instructions. To use this program, you will need a router connected to your machine.
You can still use this application without a router for other purposes, for example you could set BlastBack to listen on a common trojan port and have it send back an insulting message to anyone trying to connect to that port.
What's New in BlastBack 1.20 :

· Various minor changes.
