Cleanup Assistant is a freeware hard drive maintenance and privacy protection program.

Cleanup Assistant is a set of 7 tools that help you keep a clean hard drive:

· Large Folder Finder: scans your hard drive(s) for large folders and gives you a more clear view of the way disk space is distributed in folders.
· Empty Folder Finder
· Duplicate File Finder: scans any given drive or folder for file duplicates. Compares multiple drives for duplicate files of any given file type.
· Drive Cleaner: removes unused junk and temporary files from your computer. Shreds your computer usage history.
· Privacy Protector (File shredder): permanently removes files and/or folders.
· Drive Wiper: permanently removes all files and/or folders from a fixed or removable drive.
· Remove Programs

What's New in Cleanup Assistant 1.3 :

· Added various (right-click) contextmenus.
· Trash cleaner now automatically saves the state of checkboxes.
· Large folder finder : increased performance.
· Duplicate file finder : increased performance, fixed bug that made finder hang when comparing large files, added option to preview files.
