ComboFix is a very useful tool for cleaning heavily infected machines with malwares that refuse to go with traditional malware removal tools or antivirus.
It is created by sUBs and can fiind and delete all kinds of threats: worms, viruses, trojans, spyware, rootkits, etc.
Its special engine can delete even locked files and takes any necessary step in order to accomplish this goal. Some components included may be flagged by some antivirus vendors as suspicious, but the program is perfectly safe.
This is why, before running it, you are advised to disable any realtime protection shield belonging to antivirus software installed on your computer.
In addition to that, it generates a complete log at the end of its cleaning phase and security experts can analyse and find even more malware, that were not automatically deleted. Thanks to some special scripts you can drag and drop into ComboFix, you can instruct it to delete files, disable services and clear registry entries that are infected.
It is a professional tool and it is advised to be used only on recommendation and on strict supervisory by a specialist. Once downloaded can be used only for that particular scan and you are advised to download it again and again for every subsequent scan as the software is constantly updated to provide even better cleaning.

There is a problem that I can not let us start with the developer of ComboFix.
When starting ComboFix appears a message saying that a virus is active Microsoft Security Essentials, but that software has been uninstalled. The problem is in the file system OBJECTS.DATA in which traces remain of many programs that have been uninstalled. Unfortunately ComboFix going to read in OBJECTS.DATA. Someone can communicate this to the developer of ComboFix
