What's New in EMCO Malware Destroyer 6.2 :

· The application's interface becomes similar to the Network Malware Cleaner UI. A number of visual controls has been minimized to improve usability. Now the application has only two main actions that allow to scan a local or remote PC, and tree tabs where scanning progress, scan results and signature updates are displayed.
· Now it's possible to get a list of running processes during a malware scan. It may help in analyzing of malware risks and detect suspicious processes.
· Application can detect and report shield products (anti-viruses) installed on the PC or report that PC is missing an active protection. Shield products are detected by scanning Add/Remove Programs list on the PC and comparing application names with wildcard names defined in the application. It's easy to extend a list of detected shield products by adding custom wildcard names through application preferences dialog.
· A new scanning statistics summary has been added to show detailed results of the last malware scan. Displayed results can then be exported to several popular formats.
