Do this if your ESET blocks the site:
1.open Eset NOD32
2.go to SETUP click Web and Email
3.click on Web access protection - configure...
4.openWeb access protectionURL address managementadd
5.copy the download link in your browser paste it there

How come my ESET virus guard keeps blocking this download saying its on the list of sites containing dangerous content
I have to deactivate the virus scanner in order to download the update. Anyway it updates without any problem.

How To enable Offline server feature in ESS / EAV version 5:
1. Boot Your windows to SAFE MODE
2. When you in SAFE MODE click START > RUN type regedit
3. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > ESET > ESET Security > CurrentVersion > Info
4. Find PackageFeatures
5. Double click PackageFeatures , change Value Data from 3 to 1
6. Restart your Windows, Feature of update server will be enable.
