McAfee AVERT Stinger 3.8.0

I think this is a very bad info.on the stinger.I have the version 3.8.0,it is telling me that it is out dated,so when I go to this site,or any McAfee stinger download,it just gives me the same outdated version.Isn't there a higher version?
