Kickass Undelete is a small and useful tool for recovering lost files and data in your computer.

You should only choose the partition you want to be scanned and this software will search for every deleted file that can be recovered. You could use the search function after results display, as there might be numerous findings.

As soon as you try to recover a file, the better, as if you wait too much, your computer will overwrite the free space with new file data, and chances to recover something decrease significantly.

Kickass Undelete supports both NTFS and FAT32 formats and you can select where to recover each file found.

Every result shows filename, size, location and last modified date.

This program is open source and it can be used for SD cards or other removable drives as well.
